What is 'Happiness'? (Conditional)

☺Happiness  -( literal meaning) - The state of mood or mind when one feels positive, contented and blessed.
There can be numerous legitimate reasons to be happy. However, there is a question what is real happiness? Here, I am going to share my views on 'Happiness' as per my prospective.

First and foremost, the meaning of happiness varies for each individual. For instance, for a child, joy is in company of his parents where he finds himself protected, pampered at every step of life. Undoubtedly, parents dedicate their life in providing better amenities, education, food, environment  and moral values to their offsprings. They experience happiness from the moment when they step into the role of parenthood. The very first sensation of their child fills them with  joy.

Secondly, for teenagers, Happiness means to get attention from their loved ones;to achieve certain goal in their learning period; to spend time  with their peers or friends. Moreover, the sense of personal freedom to take decision of their career, all these ,give them cheerful span of life.

In addition , the state of blissfulness means different for an adult who is ready to face the challenges of life. He feels himself over the moon if he gets desired career stream; earns handsome salary; marries a compatible partner; fulfills the requirements of his profession as well as personal life. When he grows old, having the possession of property, family ,good health make the elderly person contented with never ending desires for betterment.

To my mind, real happiness is not based on any single aspect of life but a blend of healthy relationships, family, career achievement personal liberty to accomplish one's ambitions, spending time with oneself and nature, assistance, positive outlook, self -reliance, professional and personal growth for betterment.Happiness is a choice.Above all ,contentment is the pivotal milestone of 'Happiness'.
